When adding a report, contributors can choose to hide the exact location; if selected, the map pin is rounded by roughly 100 metres. The option is off by default, so contributors choose whether to share a precise point.

Individuals and agencies can publish available flats and rooms with rent, charges, availability and contact information. Listings are community-submitted and are not independently verified, so confirm details and availability with the publisher.

The map and address search cover Luxembourg and nearby French Moselle, including places such as Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette, Thionville and Metz. Commune-level pages show local data where rent reports or active listings are available.

Use the data with context

Rent reports, reviews and listings come from contributors. Median figures are indicative snapshots, not official valuations or guarantees. Community reports and reviews can be reported for moderation. Address search uses official address datasets for Luxembourg and France, with geocoder fallbacks.

Privacy by design

Browsing and contributing do not require a user account. Rent reports are displayed without a contributor profile, and the location option lets each contributor decide whether to publish an exact map point or a rounded one. Rental listings keep the selected location accurate so seekers can assess where a home is.
